- Candidates are required to submit their application forms along with photocopies of complete documents duly attested.

- National Identity Card (NADRA)

- Domicile and Experience / Service Certificates
- Bank receipt (non-refundable)
- Applicants should submit their fee in Account No.6290-3, National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus Branch of Rs.6000/- for S.No 1 & 2 and Rs. 3000/- for S.No 3 in favor of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar and should reach the Meetings Section on or before the last date.
- In-service candidates should apply through the proper channel.
- They must submit a No Objection Certificate(s) from their concerned departments/institutions along with the application forms.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
