Employer: Al Kuwait Job Title: Secretary Location: Al Kuwait, Kuwait Job Type: Full Time Employee Category: General Administration Description: Providing clerical, administrative and secretarial support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office and being the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the firm’s workforce.

The firm’s working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are off.

Qualifications: Job Role for Secretary Job In Kuwait 2019:

· Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

· Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms

· Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

· Prepare and circulate correspondence, memos and forms

· File and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers and external partners

· Develop and maintain a filing system

· Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

· Identify opportunities to improve work efficiency and effectiveness

· Make travel arrangements

Job Requirements for Secretary Job In Kuwait 2019:

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience

· Excellent command of Arabic and English in reading and writing

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Outlook)

· High School Diploma / University Degree
